When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with yourorder number, contact information, returning reason and photos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable).Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns with product quality problems：We offer free shipping in this case. We will prepare you a return label and please return your order to the sender address.
Returns with non-quality problems before receiving it from UPS：You need to bear shipping cost in this case which will cost $17 shipped by UPS
A hassle-free exchange is ready if it is in stock. You can exchange your item(s) within 24 hours you placed the order and before your package was shipped out. If your package has been shipped out, we will not accept your replacement request, but you can refuse to accept the package after it arrives. What Happens If My Product is Defective?
Fitueyes will offer free replace the defective parts on any of our products when the defect is due to improper workmanship and/or material. If we are unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be completed in a timely manner, Fitueyes may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

Our limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Fitueyes.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.
Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
